Security Operations
The IntelliFlow platform has adopted a set of ISO / IEC 27001:2013 Information Security System controls that govern every aspect of the product life cycle – from software development to delivery and support, and all other related operations.
In order to ensure the security, credibility, and availability of the IntelliFlow Platform & customer data, we have implemented a combination of preventive, protective, and reactive controls.
Maximum Privacy
At IntelliFlow, we take data privacy very seriously. We understand that our customers rely on us to protect their information and use it in a way that is consistent with their expectations.
Our clients determine which data they submit as customer data to the Quixy Platform. IntelliFlow acts as a data processor for such data and is committed to the following privacy protections:
– Only process customer data in accordance with our customers’ instructions
– Keep customer data confidential
– Implement security measures to protect customer data from unauthorized access or disclosure
– Notify our customers if we become aware of any unauthorized access or disclosure of their customer data
Restricted Access
IntelliFlow takes the privacy and security of our customers’ data very seriously. We have strict measures in place to ensure that only authorized personnel can access this data, and only when necessary to provide customer support or facilitate the use of our application. In addition, all staff members are required to authenticate their identity using multiple factors before being granted access, and this access is immediately revoked as soon as it is no longer needed. These measures help to protect our customers’ data from unauthorized access and misuse.
Notification of Lawful Requests
Our customers’ data is always stored safely within the IntelliFlow Cloud, & we never disclose any customer information to law enforcement unless we are legally required to do so or if the customer specifically requests it. We always adhere to the highest standards when it comes to safeguarding our customers’ data, & we only provide information that is absolutely necessary when governments make lawful demands for it. We are committed to being as transparent as possible in everything we do.
